Future: Will + hele werkwoord
You use "will" + the base form of the verb when:

- Someone makes a prediction without evidence.
- Someone intends to do something/makes a decision and expresses it at that moment.

Someone is planning something/making a decision:
Marly: "Let's go on holiday with a nice group of friends!"
Patrick: "What a good plan! We will invite our dear friends to come with us!"
--> Patrick indicates it at that moment --> will + base form of the verb

Someone makes a prediction:
"I think that the weather will be fantastic tomorrow."
--> There's no evidence --> will + base form of the verb

Future: Will + hele werkwoord
You can also use "will" in contracted or negated forms in a sentence:

Contracted:
I will → I'll
You will → You'll
He will → He'll
etc. 
Negated:
Will not / Won't
"I will not come to your place."
"I won't come to your place."

Future: To be going to + hele werkwoord
You use "to be going to" + the base form of the verb when:

- Someone makes a prediction, and there is evidence.
- Someone is planning something/making a decision, and it is already determined/agreed upon earlier.

Someone is planning something/making a decision:
Frits: "Patrick told me you're going on holiday."
Marly: "Yes, we are going to invite our dearest friends to come with us."
--> It's already agreed upon earlier --> to be going to + base form of the verb

Someone makes a prediction:
He read that the weather is going to be great next week.
--> There's evidence (he read it/saw it happening) --> to be going to + base form of the verb
