Expressions: You are in a restaurant. How do you order something to drink? Translate: "Ik zou graag een glas water willen bestellen."

In Northern California you have a cold climate and in Southern California a colder climate. Which weather type do you prefer and why? I like colder/warmer weather because... (I sweat easily when it's hot)
