-If included in your dialoque, explain the situation to the emergency service that arrived. (what have you done, what is the injury etc.)

You are the first to arrive at the scene. A person has cut herself on a piece of glass laying around on the floor. He/she is bleeding heavily and the bystanders are going frantic over what they are seeing.
Provide first aid and if requested, ask for back-up and or help from bystanders. If needed, calm the bystanders down.
2
Scenario: Hit and run

You are the first to arrive at the scene. There was a small fight which lead to a head wound. You need to check the victim for any other injuries and see what you can do for him/her.

Try to find out as many details as possible and ask for help from bystanders if needed.
