Speaking challenge - Einstein's riddle

WHAT: Solve Einstein's riddle while speaking only in English
HOW: In groups of 3 or 4 (voice level= low flow, only your group can hear you)   TIME: 25min

           As a group, you have 2 opportunities to have your work checked
DONE: Try to solve the other riddles on the worksheet

Are you having trouble solving the riddle?

Start with clues 8 and 9

First clue

Clues 4 & 5 are connected

• The owner of the Green house drinks coffee
•  So this cannot be house 2 or 3
  
  
• Clue 5: The Green house is next to the White house, on the left.
   --> House 1 can therefore not be the green house.

• Which houses are still left to be green?  --> 4 and 5

Second clue

• Use clue 1 --> The Brit lives in the Red house

• It's clear that the Brit doesn't live in the first house
  (the Norwegian lives there), and the only other house that can be the colour red is the middle one.

Next clue in 5 minutes! 

Third clue

• Try to figure out which cigar belongs to "the Norwegian,"
  and which house has a "horse" as a pet.
  --> Use clues 7 & 11.

Next and final clue in 5 minutes! 

Final clue

• Try to figure out what 'the Norwegian' drinks
