2H Book/film-project

We are going to read the first three chapters of Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. 

Then, we will watch the film adaptation. 

You will be graded on a report on the book/film. 

Questions chapter 1

1. When she took Percy aside from the group. 
2. King Titan, eats his God babies. When Zeus is born he is tricked by Rhea  to eat a rock so Zeus survives. 
3. He knows he must be keeping a secret. He doesn't want him hovering over him.
4. The class hasn't heard of Mrs Dodds. Percy thinks they are trying to trick him.

Questions chapter 2

1. After what happened in the museum Percy thinks he has a twenty-four seven hallucination. The rest of the students claimed that Mrs Kerr has been his Algebra teacher since Christmas. A woman whom he had never seen in his life.
2.  Grover claims to be responsible for watching over Percy and keeping him safe. Percy is surprised because he thinks he has been protecting Grover.

Questions chapter 2

3. Grover reacts with fear when he hears about the yarn-cutting. Percy says that Grover looks like he is concerned over what flowers to put on Percy's grave.

4. Percy: Grover does this yarn-cutting means that someone is going to die? Grover did not actually give an answer but he looked very sad.

1. Because Grover was scaring him ("freaking him out"), looking at Percy like he was a dead man.
2.  Gabe once said that there was no such thing as blue food. Now she tries to find as much blue food as possible, as an act of rebellion.
