Did you ever complain? Or heard someone else complain?

What happened?

Steps do deal with an angry customer

1. Listen to the person's feelings & appologize 
2. Empathise - put yourself in their shoes / nod 
3.  Ask questions about their order/complaint
4. Summarize the facts - what happened 
5. Tell the customer what you can do - offer solution
