For the first couple months, you will sit in the same place every lesson. It makes it easier for me to remember your names instead of saying: "You with the red shirt." Nobody wants that.

Week assignment 35
This week you will take some diagnostic tests in order to establish your proficiency level of CAE. Furthermore, you will practise with speaking, vocabulary and CAE Use of English part 1 (Multiple-choice cloze).
Slide 18 - Slide
When you take a Cambridge exam, there's always a speaking test (15 minutes). So familiarize yourself with the speaking tasks and always try to answer the questions elaborately. Don't keep it short and sweet, but show what you can do with the language.
Now, go to page 10 and (in pairs) take 2 minutes to answer question 1 and 4 minutes to answer the questions of exercise 2.
Finished? Switch partners and do exercise 2 again.
Slide 19 - Slide
Do exercise 1 under 'Vocabulary' on page 10 and check your answers on page 177.
Do the exercises of the examfolder on page 14 and 15 and check your answers on page 179.
