Action is just completed
Stress on finished result and the amount that is completed.


My brother has cleaned four rooms this morning.


Present Perfect Continuous

have/has + been + verb-ing

Focus on the action that just finished (and has a result).
Focus on how long the activity has been going on.

I am really tired, I have been cleaning rooms all morning.
