prediction, intention/plan, arrangement or fixed event

Not sure?  Use your gut feeling!

This is a fixed event (every 15 minutes) so

use the Present Tense of leave...

Peter isn't going to cook this weekend.

This is an intention/a plan (going to) but in this sentence,

you have to make it negative (not going to)...

The intention/plan is not going to happen

Astronauts _____ (fly) to Venus in the next 20 years.

Astronauts will fly to Venus in the next 20 years.

This is a prediction so use will...

Mr. de Boer _____ (organise) an end-of-Corona party in July.

Mr. de Boer is organising an

This is a future arrangement so use the Present Continuous (am/is/are + verb+ing)
