DISCUSS
Discuss the following in groups of three or four.

A. Think of your internship or perhaps a job you have. Have you ever had to pass on information by email or did you ever have to send a formal letter (English or Dutch)? What was it about? Did it contain all the information needed, or did it lead to misunderstandings? Tell each other about your experiences!

B. Have you ever written an email or a letter in English? What did you do to make sure it was written correctly? For example, did someone check it for you?
