- used in the present simple EVEN if it's happening right now:

- can be used in the continuous - BUT it changes to dynamic!
-e.g. think, have, look:

Do I look good in this dress? = state
What are you looking at? = dynamic
Stative / state verbs include:

Attitude verbs = feelings, emotions, preferences
--> like, hate, love, prefer

Mental / thinking verbs
--> believe, know, need, understand, want, remember, think

Senses --> hear, feel, see...
