Adverbs of frequency 

Prepositions of time

In	Months, years, seasons, specific parts of the day.	My birthday is in May. May is in spring. I was born in the evening
On	Days and dates.	Our appointment is on Wednesday. On the 21th to be exact.
At	Times and holidays	We will meet at 8 We have dinner at Easter

Prepositions of place

In	Places in nature / countries / inside	I live in the Netherlands The burglar is in the house
On	Public transport / on top of	He reads on the ferry The phone is on the desk
At	Specific location / house number / certain buildings	She is at the supermarket We live at number 4

Adverbs of frequency 

In most cases, you place an adverb of frequency before the main verb.

 

We sometimes take the bus to school.

They always help me when I’m stuck.

He never lends me any of his games.

Adverbs of frequency 

If the main verb is a form of to be, you place the adverb of frequency after the verb.

I am usually quiet in class.

You are often out playing tennis.

She is hardly ever on time.

You should not run ____ the bus.

Future tense 

Present simple future -> Something is according to a schedule.

The train leaves at 10. 

Will + infinitive -> Offers, promises, predictions. 

I think it will rain tomorrow

Am/are/is + going to + infinitive -> plans without arrangements.

I am going to be nicer to my sister. 

Future tense II 

Present continuous future -> plans with arrangements 

We are having dinner at fratelli at 6 o'clock. 

Future continuous -> something will probably be going on at a specific time 

This time next week I will be discussing your tests with you.
