Irregular plurals

plurals = meervoudsvormen

Sommige nouns (zelfstandignaamwoorden) hebben een andere plural vorm (meervoudsvorm). Dit zijn uitzonderingen

Singular nouns die eindige op -f of -fe veranderen in de plural vorm naar -ves

For example:

- elf = elves

- wolf = wolves

- life = lives

Irregular plurals

plurals = meervoudsvormen

Sommige singular nouns hebben hun eigen plural vorm. Daar is geen regel voor, die moet je gewoon uit je hoofd leren.

For example:

- Mouse = mice

- (wo)man = (wo)men

- Foot = feet

Irregular plurals

plurals = meervoudsvormen

Sommige singular nouns veranderen niet van vorm als je ze plural maakt. Ze blijven hetzelfde

For example:

- fish = fish

- sheep = sheep

- deer = deer
