A mock trial is an act or imitation trial.

Mock trial is also the name of a program in which students participate in rehearsed trials to learn about the legal system in a competitive manner.

What are we doing?

- Verdict followed by the sentence

The roles 

1. Defence witness takes the stand: direct examination & cross examination  (objections included)

2. Prosecution witness takes the stand: direct examination & cross examination ( objections Included)

3. The accused takes the stand: same procedure as mentioned above

4. Closing speech defence

5. Closing speech prosecution

The role of judge is to read, decide about the objections 

(volunteer, for 0,2 to the grade)
