Short overview

May/might is used when we speculate about past events
Ex: She might not have had her phone with her

Must have, can´t/couldn´t have is used when we make logical deductions. Ex: You must have seen an old Batman movie.

Should/shouldn´t  is used when we critisize past actions

Ex:You shouldn´t have phoned me so late, I was asleep
