• Take out your laptop (you don't have to open it).
• You may talk/get settled until the timer runs out.

• We have shared our expectations for each other.
• You know who I am and I know who you are.
• You know the vocabulary of Trede 14 and can use it in your speech.
• You have (hopefully) finished your speech.

Expectations: Respect

• If someone is talking/reading, we listen to them.
• I will raise my hand if I have a question.
• We keep our hands off of other people's belongings.
• Everyone has a different opinion and we respect that. 

Expectations: Responsibility

• I bring my book and (charged) laptop to the lessons.
• If I don't understand something, I'll ask the teacher for help.
  
• My phone stays in the phone bag, I have a laptop for that.

Expectations: Safety

• If I have a problem with another student I will ask the teacher for help.
• We solve issues with our words, not our fists.
• Everyone is allowed to be who they are.
• If you want to say something to me, anything, don't hesitate.
