Een tag is een kort vraagje aan het einde van een zin: ..., is it? / ..., isn’t it? / ..., can’t you?

De spreker vraagt hiermee eigenlijk: ‘Klopt dat?’ of ‘Ben je het met me eens?’
In het Nederlands zeg je vaak iets als: nietwaar? / hè? / toch? / vind je niet?
