* You use them to say something very positive, for example in a TV commercial or advert.

There are three degrees of comparison: 

• adjective (adverb)

Rules degrees of comparison

• Korte woord/ 1 of 2 lettergrepen: + er (than) / (the) + est
• 1 lettergreep en eindigt met een e ---> + r / + st
• 1 lettergreep en eindigt met een klinker + medeklinker, verdubbel je die medeklinker. Medeklinker + er / + est
• 2 lettergrepen en eindigt met een  y ---> i + er / + est 
• Lange woord/ twee of meerdere lettergrepen: More... (than)/ (the) Most

verschillende regels voor verschillende woorden. Schrik maar niet van alle regels, we gaan ze een voor een langs. Deze dia kan je gebruiken om af en toe te spieken tijdens het maken van je opdrachten.  Oke dan gaan we nu op naar de uitleg

Plural (meervoud) rules
