A+ If you ask me the stars on the card look very pretty / beautiful
A- Personally I don't think the letters look very clear.

A+ In my opinion the patterns have beautiful colours.
A- I'm no expert but the design looks a bit old-fashioned.

1 What's your opinion on the paintings the German artists (have) made?
2 Personally, I think they were boring and they could use a bit more work.
3 I'm not an expert, but most (of the) paintings were very simple and not very well thought out.
