To talk about something that will be completed at a specific time in the future.
"At 10 AM I will have finished my homework."
"Tomorrow I will have watched all episodes of Game of Thrones"

Does NOT change when the subject changes! Stays the same.

Talk about things that will be going on for a longer period of time,
or are happening at a specific time in the future.

Does not change when the subject changes! Always stays the same.

Important to remember!
Sometimes, you will have to make a sentence negative.
To do so, you should change the word "will" into "won't"
"I won't be going to the gym for a while, I have broken my leg."
