Read the question first, not the answers. Is there any useful information in the question?  

In the example on the right you are told to take a look in paragraphs 1 and 2

A nd the word 'relate' is in the question. That means you must find the relation between both text parts.

4. Remove evidently wrong answers

Mark the piece of text you need

 Underline searchwords you can work with, like names and places and anything that can be expressed with a number, like (meerderheid) or (tegenwoordig)

Translate those words in English!
Look for signalwords!
