What are we going to learn today?
Today we will be learning:
What the names of our bones are.
What the function of our skeleton is.
What a good posture is.

Slide 2 - Slide

Skeleton
Our body has 206 bones, that work together for three main reasons:
1. Giving our body solidity.
2. Protecting important organs
3. Making movement possible

Slide 3 - Slide

Spine
Your spine can be considered to be the most important group of bones, as it is the framework for your whole body, and has the spinal cord running through it.
It consists of vertebra, with a intervertebral disc consisting of cartilage in between them.

To protect your back against wear, it is important to have your spine in a double s shape as much as possible. You do that by being aware of your posture (while you sit or lift).
