What is Pomodoro?
The Pomodoro® Technique helps you manage your time better. It was created by Francesco Cirillo and works by breaking your work into 25-minute intervals with short breaks in between. This method helps you stay focused, reduce distractions, and get more done. It's a great way to be more productive.

2. Set the Pomodoro Timer to 25 minutes
3. Work on the task until the Pomodoro rings, then put a check on your sheet of paper
