- you can put sentences in the correct word order

- you can place an adverb of frequency in the correct spot

- you can correctly place positions of adverbs 

Adverbs of frequenty: bijwoorden van frequentie

always               =        altijd

often                  =        vaak

never                 =        nooit

sometimes      =         soms

usually              =         meestal

rarely                 =         zelden

 

Hoe ga je te werk?

1.  zoek als eerst het werkwoord op.

2.  plaats dan het bijwoord van frequentie VOOR het werkwoord.

LET OP!

Als het werkwoord een vorm is van to be (am, are, is, was, were) dan staat het bijwoord van frequentie ACHTER het werkwoord.

Concrete tijdaanduidingen (bijwoorden van tijd) staan aan het begin of eind van de zin:

Maak het jezelf makkelijk – tijd altijd achteraan

- I'm going to Paris on Monday.

Plaats staat altijd voor de tijd. Maak het jezelf makkelijk en zet altijd de tijd achteraan in een zin.
