Chapter 12

A man came to visit the house. He asked for medications. His name was Dr. Jameson. The kids went to look for (old) medication and gave it to the doctor.

He asked if the kids needed anything else and they were worried he would send someone to take care of them.

Chapter 13

The kids grew worried about keeping safe and being protected.

Piper suddenly asked if Daisy was in love with Edmond. Daisy said yes. Piper responded: "Well I'm glad you love him because I do too" Daisy cried and felt happy.

The next day they all went to the river for a swim, as it was going to be a hot day.
