Present Continuous - Duurvorm

Aan het einde van de les kan je

- oefenen met am/are/is

- oefenen met de present continuous

Aan het einde van deze les kun je de present continuous gebruiken en zeggen 'wat jij/iemand wel of niet aan het doen is'

Wanneer gebruik je de 'Present Continuous'?

• De vorm gebruik je als iets aan de gang is op het moment dat je erover spreekt of schrijft.
• Iets gebeurt dus op dit moment.

Hoe maak je de present cont.

am / are / is + werkwoord + ing

He is working at the moment.

They are ice skating right now. 

Spellings uitzonderingen 

1. Als het werkwoord eindigt op een -e, dan laat je deze weg als je -ing toevoegt.           dance -  dancing 

2. ls het werkwoord één lettergreep heeft en eindigt op een klinker + medeklinker verdubbel je de laatste medeklinker.

Hoe maak je vraagzinnen

Voor een vraagzin zet je am / are / is vooraan in de zin.

vb: He is working now  --> Is he working now?

regel: am/are/is + onderwerp + werkwoord + ing

Hoe maak je ontkenningen

Voor een ontkenning zet je 'not' achter 'am are is'
