Goal: you can express time and cause using conjunctions.

If is the one we used in the First Conditional lesson:
  • IF: You will finish this project on time if you plan well.      
  • unless (= if not): You won't finish this project unless you plan well.
                             =  You won't finish this project if you don't plan well.
  • Common time conjunctions = before, after, when & as soon as:
  • If you don't apply the grammar, you won't get a good grade.
    Before
    she hands in the project, she will ask for feedback.
    As soon as we get the studiewijzer, we will make a plan.
    When I see you in a flex, I will help you.

  • Gives important information about a person, thing, or place
  • who / that - people
  • which / that - things
  • where - places
  • Can be left out when followed by a personal pronoun:
    We have flexhours which/that we can choose.
