Have a conversation with your neighbour about one of these subjects that lasts at least 5 minutes:

- the last time you had to ask someone for help 

- something you saw outside in the last week that made you smile

- something that happened in the past weeks that made you feel sad/anxious/stressed

Have 2 CONVERSATIONS in English in which you try to employ at least 1 of the tips given in the video. For both conversations, write down briefly what the conversation was about and how well you were able to use the tip.
