Situation 1

Greet the employee and tell them you cannot find the way to the museum

Ask for a map and the directions to the museum

Tell them that you can only travel by bus and you still need to buy a ticket

Ask them how much a day ticket costs

Say that you want to pay with credit card

Thank them and tell them to have a nice day

Situation 2

Greet the employee and say that you are new in the city

Ask them for famous sightseeing spots

Tell them that you are interested in art and that you would like to visit an art museum

Also tell them that you are very hungry and whether there is a good restaurant close by

Thank them and tell them to have a nice day

Ask the waiter for a menu and for a glass of orange juice

Ask the waiter whether you can order now and order a plate of spaghetti 

Tell the waiter that the food was not very good and tell them you want your dessert for free

Leave the waiter a tip

Situation 4

Greet the employee and ask where you can find ‘Ninja Turtle’ socks

Also ask where you can find the Superman shoes

Tell him that the Superman shoes are too big and ask for another pair

Say you don’t like the colour of this one either and say you will only take the socks

Ask whether you can pay with cash

Thank the employee and say goodbye
