Past simple

Je gebruikt de past simple om te praten over het verleden. De actie of gebeurtenis is gestopt. Er is geen link naar nu. Om de past simple te maken, voeg je -(e)d toe aan het werkwoord.

I waited at the gate. 

My mum liked my new swimsuit a lot.

We changed flights in London.
