1. You're in a department store, but you can't find the games section. You decide to ask someone. You walk up to a man standing nearby. What do you say

2. You are at the games section. You're looking at two games with the same title, but with a different cover. You decide to go to customer support:

3. Yesterday you bought a sweater for a friend as a present, but he doesn't like the colour. You are returning it to the department store.

4. You have found a T-shirt you really want to buy, but it doesn't seem to fit. You walk up to a saleswoman.

5. You want to buy a book. You're not sure about the price though, because there's a tag with 5.99 pounds and a tag with 2.99 pounds on it. Of course you want to buy it cheap. You decide to go to a salesperson to ask about the book.

6. Your friend wants to buy a bar of chocolate and expects a discount. You point out that you only get a discount on the department store's own chocolate.
