LEARNING GOAL

Students gain knowledge of various strategies for effective conflict management in order to search for a sustainable solution to conflicts in practice, taking into account the emotions involved.

Which conflict management styles do you know?

Interactive exercise 

1. Students work in pairs and role-play.

2. You will be acting out and resolving a conflict situation using the strategies learned.

3 Each couple receives a card with a specific conflict situation and the emotions involved. (10 min)

4.After each session there will be time to reflect. (5min)

Writing exercise 

1. Students work alone.

2. You will be describing a recent conflict situation you have been involved in.

3 Now describe how you would solve this conflict using the strategies learned.

4 Hand in your assignment with your teacher.
