The past continuous

Hoe noemen we de tijd die hoort bij deze regel:
was/were + werkwoord + ing

Wanneer gebruiken we de past continuous?

1. Om aan te geven dat iets nu aan de gang is.
2. Om aan te geven dat iets altijd, nooit of regelmatig is.

Wanneer gebruiken we 'was' en wanneer gebruiken we 'were' als we de past continuous maken?

3. Was als het bevestigend is, were als het ontkennend is.

Leertips: Hoe leer ik de grammatica?

1. Probeer de regel te leren en te begrijpen: Kun je de regel toepassen? Dan snap je het!
2. Oefenen oefenen oefenen: opdrachten maken en de antwoorden opschrijven.
3. Vaker kort oefenen ipv soms maar langer.
4. Herhalen! Als je denkt dat je het snapt, oefen dan later nog een keer zodat de kennis actief blijft!
