Zero conditional

If clause (condition) + Main clause (result)

EX: If water REACHES 100 degrees, it BOILS.

Facts, things you can not change and to give instructions

First conditional:

SOME / ANY

Some en any hebben dus dezelfde betekenis, 

maar worden in verschillende soorten zinnen gebruikt. 

Some gebruik je in bevestigende zinnen, deze eindigen altijd met een punt of een uitroepteken en er staat geen 'not' in. -> vraagzinnen met het antwoord 'ja'. 

Any gebruik je in zinnen met een vraagteken 

en zinnen met het woord 'not' er in.

Daffy has some money.

Patrick doesn't have any money.

He hasn't got ___ time.

2. some

He has ___ money.

1. some
2. any

To sum up:

- Any gebruik je bij een vraagzin

- Any gebruik je bij een negatief (-) antwoord

- Some gebruik je bij een positief (+) antwoord

Some en any betekenen allebei wat / een enkele / een paar.

TIJDEN

Past simple = korte actie afgelopen in het verleden

ww+ed of 2e rijtje onr. ww

Past continuous = duurde langere tijd in het verleden

was/were + ww + ing

Present perfect = gaat nog door of heeft effect op het heden (fyne jas)

have/has + ww+ed of 3e rijtje onr. ww

Tom ....... (to know) Katy since they were small children

I ........ (to take) a shower when the doorbell rang.

My dad ....... (to go) to school when he was young.
