Understanding Differences in Business

The Netherlands and Germany are very similar; but there are differences. And you have time to discuss and answer together. Some things I am going to say might be true for both countries, but then figure out in which country is it the MOST. You can use google translate on your phone or ask me what I mean by the question!

What is an elevator pitch?

An elevator pitch is a brief (30 seconds) way of introducing yourself, getting across a key point or two, and making a connection with someone.

You can use this to introduce a product, get a second conversation for a job or internship

Imagine you are in an elevator pitch with the person that's hiring at the workplace you'd like to work at or do an internship. Prepare a 30 second elevator pitch about yourself, one that would convice that person to hire you
