How to Make Passive Sentences
In a passive sentence, the subject comes first, followed by the form of to be and the past participle.
The rest of the sentence can contain the actor of the verb or other information. 
The wallet was stolen by the thief.
The cat was chased by the dog.
The car was driven at over 100 miles per hour.
Tea is drunk a lot by the British.
