and have been invited by a major airline to give a presentation on how departing and arriving passenger-handling processes, facilities and services are coordinated.

Task 1 (P1 and P4) Describe facilities and services provided for passengers departing from the airport and passengers arriving at airports.

Role: Passenger Ground Service Agent (PGSA)

 

Task: Make an infographic for departing passengers about essential, optional and special passenger-handling facilities and services at Schiphol Airport.
