Past continuous

De Past Continuous = actie in het verleden dat een langere tijd heeft geduurd. 

examples: 

- We were walking to school.

- She was leaving the office while her friend was cleaning the windows.

- John and Lisa were listening to music.

Hoe maak je de past continuous?

alleen bij I, he, she, it gebruk je ''was'' 

 was/were & werkwoord +ing.

You were reading

She was listening

He was going

It was hanging

They were kissing
