To start
Work in pairs and discuss the questions.
1. Do you prefer to send voice messages or text messages? Why?
2. Do you like receiving voice messages? Why/Why not?

Put Ss in small groups to discuss the questions. When they have finished, nominate a student from each group to share their ideas with the class.
