Tips for synchronous teaching
  • Keep it short, ensure you have a clear lesson plan and make sure   students understand the learning objectives. ( You could share the   agenda for your lesson  in the google calendar prior to the lesson, also   indicate what materials students need for your lesson)
  • Use breakout rooms (students to work together in small groups)
  • Interact with your students, give them some time to interact with each   other.
  • Make sure students understand the online etiquette: chatting is allowed   but spamming is not.
