Intercultural sensitivity: The Essentials

1. Open-mindedness & curiosity: Be open to new encounters and ask questions. Try to discover cultural differences, rather than neglecting them.
2. No fear: Don't be afraid. Remember that the other person experiences something in the same way you do.
3. Respect: Be respectful to each other. Sometimes it's better to keep an opinion to yourself if you think it might offend someone.
