Introduction to Unit 7 (20 min)

• Work in pairs. Write down 5 things that children can learn from their grandparents & 5 things that grandparents can learn from their children.
• Describe the picture on SB p. 67 and answer the questions.

Who Am I? (10 min)

Work in pairs.

Choose a famous person from SB p. 68-69.
Guess the person your partner has chosen by asking yes/no questions
(e.g. "Are you a man?" "Yes, I am.").

Adverb or adjective?

• An adjective is a part of speech that modifies a noun or pronoun. Adjectives usually tell what kind, how many, or which about nouns or pronouns. 
• An adverb is a part of speech that modifies another adverb, a verb, or an adjective. It is often recognized by the suffix -ly at the end of it.
