Tasting
You can taste with your tongue. On there, you can find taste buds, which contain sensory cells. There are only 5 different taste buds: sweet, sour, savory, bitter and umami. A large part of your tasting sensation also comes from smells; you don't taste as much with your nose closed.

Sound
Sound is made by vibrating air. The more the air vibrates within a set amount of time, the higher a tone gets. The less the air vibrates, the lower a tone is. The volume of the sound is determined by the height of the wave.
Slide 6 - Diapositive
Ear
Your ear pick up those vibrations and converts them to impulses using several parts within the ear.
