Accute climate effects:
    storms, hurricanes, floods, heat waves

Chronic climate effects:
    drought, heat, more rainfall in general, rise in temperature

All these causes can damage elements of infrastructure.

Prepare a pitch!

Divide the group into 4 groups.

Each group does research on a type of infrastructure (People&Goods, Energy, Information, Waste&Water).

Prepare a pitch (30-45 seconds) stating why your type of infrastructure is the most important one.

Make sure you try to convince people!

Which type of infrastructure do you think is the most important type to your country?

People & Goods (railroads, airports, seaports, etc)

Energy (Nuclear power plants, the power grid, etc.)

Information (telecom towers, data centers, etc.)

Waste & Water (sewers, water treatment systems, water pipes, etc.)

- Which elements are at risk when it comes to climate change?

- Make a one-minute video about the risks for your type of infrastructure in your country

- The 4 videos per country can be made into 1 video about the country
