Lezen B1

1. Correspondentie lezen (brieven, kaarten, faxen, e-mails, zowel zakelijk als

persoonlijk)

2. Oriënterend lezen (brochures, korte officiële documenten, algemene brieven)

3. Lezen om informatie op te doen (eenvoudige teksten in tijdschriften, kranten

en op websites, brochures, verslagen, verhalen, songteksten)

4. Instructies lezen (recepten, handleidingen, helpfuncties, bijsluiters,

bedieningsinstructies).

Luisteren B1

1. Gesprekken tussen moedertaalsprekers verstaan (gesprekken, werkoverleg,

discussie).

2. Luisteren als lid van een live publiek (presentatie, beschrijving

product/bezienswaardigheid/procedure, praatje, uitleg).

3. Luisteren naar aankondigingen en instructies (programma’s, technische

informatie, gedetailleerde aanwijzingen, opdrachten en instructies)

4. Luisteren naar tv, video- en geluidsopnames (nieuwsberichten,

radioprogramma’s, verkeersinformatie, verhalen, documentaires,

actualiteitenrubrieken, reclame, film met eenvoudige verhaallijn)

Listening and Reading B1

Vraagvormen:

• Meerkeuzevraag met 3 of 4 alternatieven

Dit is de meest voorkomende vraagvorm in het examen. De alternatieven in de

meerkeuzevraag worden soms voorafgegaan door een directe vraag en soms door

een aanloopzin. Er is slechts één goed alternatief.

• Matrixvraag

De matrixvraag kan bij elke tekstsoort voorkomen. De matrixvraag bevat over het

algemeen 4 of meer uitspraken, waarop de kandidaten moeten scoren of dit

wel/niet zo is.

• Multiple-respons vraag

Bij deze vraagvorm kunnen meerdere alternatieven goed zijn. Dit wordt in de vraag

duidelijk aangegeven.

- Formulier invullen => First name, last name (surname), DOB, postal code (zip code), address etc.

- Informele e-mail => uitnodiging,  een stukje over jezelf schrijven (voorstellen, woonplaats, familie etc.).

Formele e-mail => verzoek tot informatie , reservering.

To qualify for the exams speaking and conversational skills you have to hand in a practical.

This practical will also be your score for next year's English classes.

In the following slides I will tell you about the content of this practical

Practical - record a lesson

De volgende onderdelen moeten aan bod komen bij het geven van jouw 10 minuten durende les. (minimaal 4 deelnemers)

Begin met een korte introductie over het belang van warming-up.

4. Main part - coordination and condition/ Hoofdgedeelte - Coördinatie en Conditie (5 minuten):

6. Cooling-down and conclusion / Cooling-down en Afsluiting (1 minuut):

 Laat de deelnemers rustig uitlopen of joggen en eindig met enkele statische stretches om de spieren te ontspannen.

Sluit af met een korte samenvatting van wat er is geleerd en motiveer de deelnemers om actief te blijven.

Tips:

Zorg ervoor dat de instructies duidelijk en eenvoudig zijn.

Let op de veiligheid van alle deelnemers.

Pas de intensiteit aan afhankelijk van de groep.

Lever de opname in via een YouTube link of via WeTransfer.

Deadline: vrijdag 11 april 2025 uiterlijk 23:59 uur.

De practical moet  voldoende en op tijd ingeleverd zijn om deel te nemen aan de examens spreken en gesprekken voeren. 

Niet ingeleverd = in leerjaar 3 de lessen Engels volgen.

- Introduce yourself => Goodmorning/ Good afternoon, my name is...  

-  Explain your function with your new employer  => my function here in this company will be

-  Tell your audience your age and residence => I am .. years old and I live in .../ I am from and .. years old

- Describe your familysituation  => I live with my parents/ I live on my own / I am living with my wife/husband / I am married/single / in a relationship

-  Tell us at least two things you like to do in your spare time => In my spare time I play football/ I do gymnastics

- Tell us which studies you (have) pursued  => After primary school I went to the sceondary school where I studied.. After that I studied...

- Also tell us what kind of work you did / jobs you had => My previous jobs were at the supermarket, in the gym etc.

- Describe your tasks at your previous job => At the supermarket I had to stack shelves, at the gym I was an instructor and personal trainer

- Tell your audience why you would like to work for this company => The reason why I would really love/like to work here is because of... (atmosphere, variety in tasks, personl growth etc.)
