  • We are going to find out if we also can tell a story without using words
  • You are going to have conversations in groups of two
  • Agree who is number 1 and who is number 2
  • Number 1 is not allowed to use words. He can only make music by singing the word   'noo'
  • Number 2 is allowed to talk. He can ask questions and translate what number 1 sings.
  • The conversation takes place in a travel agency. Number 1 wants to go on holiday,   number 2 has to guess where he wants to go

  • Switch roles. Number 2 may now sing, number 1 may talk.
  • Now the conversation is about two people who want to go on holiday together.   Number 1 wants to go somewhere different from number 2.
  • Apart from singing 'noo', there are other ways to talk through music.
  • What other ways can you think of?
  • Can you also have a conversation with a different topic?
  • Can you also have a conversation when both of you are making music?
