Technique 1: From context
- That shabby building at the end of the street should be taken down. It's almost falling apart. 
- That corner is dangerous for pedestrians. It's well-known place for accidents. The shrubs hide anyone that's crossing. 

- This is my least favourite part of the city. It's so dreary with all the run-down houses and dying trees.
