Remember future with going to?

We use going to  for plans, intentions and predictions (when we have evidence)

The boys are going to do their homework. (plan,intention)

It is going to rain. I see dark clouds. (prediction with evidence)

Remember future with will?

We use will for decisions, promises and predictions (without evidence)

The boys will do their homework now. (decision)

I will do it. Don't worry. (promise)

I don't think that earthquake will happen. (prediction without evidence)

Remember future with present continuous?

We use present continuous for fixed future plans.

In this case you will always see a time adverbial (on Monday, at 12.00 o'clock, in the weekend)

They are meeting in the weekend. (fixed future plan)

She is having lunch with him tomorrow. (fixed future plan)

Which future tense?

Prediction (without evidence)
