Mix It Up: Creating the Perfect Hugo Cocktail

Ingredients

Elderflower syrup, Prosecco, soda water, mint leaves, and lime slices.

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

Add a few ice cubes and a couple of mint leaves to the glass.

Step 2: Pour the Elderflower Syrup

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of elderflower syrup into the glass.

Step 3: Add Lime Slices

Squeeze 2-3 lime slices into the glass to add a citrusy flavor.

Step 4: Top with Prosecco

Carefully pour Prosecco into the glass until it's about 3/4 full.

Step 5: Add Soda Water

Top off the drink with a splash of soda water for a refreshing fizz.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime slice. Serve immediately.
