Aanhef: voor wie de brief / email is

Begin je brief met het woord

gevolgd door de voornaam van de persoon aan wie je de schrijft:

Hi John,

Dear Lisa,

• controleer of alle punten uit je opdracht in je brief / email              worden genoemd
  
• lees de brief / email nog een keer helemaal
  
• controleer alle onderdelen: aanhef, slot, naam
  
• denk aan hoofdletters, punten, andere leestekens (?!,)
